Returns & Refunds

We are so convinced that you will love your Henné products that we offer both free returns and exchanges.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order date. You may choose to either receive a replacement or be issued a full refund, which will include any shipping costs paid while placing your order. Partial returns will be handled on a product-by-product basis.

Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for us to process a return and up to 5 business days for money to appear back in your bank account once the refund has been issued.
